Warning: In case of FTD, do not delete the previous upgrade package while upgrade revert is available. When an FTD device is upgraded with Enable revert after successful upgrade, the revert reinstalls the previous version from the upgrade package of that version that is stored on the device. On Secure Firewall 200, 1000, 2100, 3100, 4200 and 6100 series devices, this package is listed in the FXOS CLI (scope firmware > show package) as: Cisco_FTD_SSP_<platform>_Upgrade-<previous-version>.sh.REL.tar. Although the package is not used by the running software, the revert depends on it. If it is deleted, the FTD revert fails. The FXOS CLI does not warn you when you delete this package. Before you delete any package with delete package, check on the FTD CLI whether a revert is still available (show upgrade revert-info). If a revert to that version is listed, keep the package until you no longer need the revert.
Verify again the storage usage:
firepower-3130# scope fabric-interconnect
firepower-3130 /fabric-interconnect # show storage
Storage on local flash drive of fabric interconnect:
Mount Point Size (MBytes) Used Percentage

var_data_cores 100808 Empty
Note: If you try to delete an installed package you get an error.
firepower-3130 /firmware # delete package Cisco_FTD_SSP_FP3K_Upgrade-7.6.4-69.sh.REL.tar
Error: Update failed: [Image fxos-k8-fp3k-lfbff.2.16.1.147.SPA is currently installed or in use]
The root cause of the F0812 health warning is the accumulation of older image files under /mnt/boot/. These files are not automatically purged after a software upgrade, and each upgrade cycle adds additional image files to the partition. Over time the cumulative size of these retained files caused the /mnt/boot/ partition on fabric interconnect A to exceed the 70% utilization threshold monitored by the FMC health policy, thereby triggering the Minor fault F0812.
