This document describes the steps for a Cisco Registered Envelope Service (CRES) administrator to lock a registered user account for their domain.
Step 1) Navigate to Users > Users Management.
Step 2) Locate the User by searching with their Username.
Step 3) Select the User by clicking their Username.
Step 4) Click Modify.
Step 5) Set the User Status to Locked.
Step 6) Save your changes.
