Introduction
This document describes how to import the chained certificate onto the IronPort Encryption Appliance (IEA)/PostX appliance.
Procedure
After you have chained the certificate, copy this chained certificate onto the IEA/PostX appliance:
-
In the Administration GUI go to the 'Keys and Certificates' tab > SSL Setup and click the "Import CA Certificate" button.
-
Fill in the host name and password like the original certificate request.
-
Verify that the keystore field points to the same keystore file you used when you created the certificate request.
-
Where it says Certificate, put the full UNIX path (e.g. /usr/local/postx/server_6.X.X.X/conf, where X.X.X is the version you are currently running/on) to the certificate you uploaded onto the appliance.
-
Check the "Trust CA Certs" box and click the "Import Certificate" button.
