A Support Snapshot from Cisco Threat Grid Appliance contains log files and system information which is used to troubleshoot an issue with appliance. This document describes the steps to create a Support Snapshot from a Cisco Threat Grid Appliance.
Generate Support Snapshot on a Threat Grid Appliance
In order to create a Support Snapshot, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login to your AMP Threat Grid Appliance Administrative Portal.
Step 2: Navigate to Support > Support Snapshots.
Step 3: Click on
Download a Support Snapshot
Once generated, you can download the snapshot and send it to Cisco Technical Assistance Center for analysis. In order to download, click on the Download icon to download the snapshot.tar.gz file. Optionally, you can click the Details button to see the commands being executed and any errors.
