Splunk IT Service Intelligence 4.20.0 and above

Description

The issue of "Dependent services missing" is flagged in the Upgrade Readiness Dashboard and "Run Fix" option was greyed out.


Investigation

  1. Reproduce the issue by logging in to any member of the SH cluster and confirm "Run Fix" is greyed out
  2. Confirm the Version to ensure "Run Fix" available for respective version

Resolution

"Run Fix" is only available in the SH captain and not the peers. 

Confirmed this by logging into the SH Captain and "Run Fix" was not greyed out and clickable.
