Splunk Connect for zoom v1.2.1 : Error in Input Script Due to Missing 'server' Attribute in WebServer Object

Applicability

Description

The Zoom Connect app, used for integrating Zoom data with Splunk, fails to initialize the webhook server due to a missing attribute (server) in the WebServer class. This issue might be linked to incorrect port settings (port 4443) or an unsupported Python version.

Resolution

• Confirm that port 4443 is open on the server as its prerequisites for this Connector.
• Ensure the Python version is v3.11 is running on Machine where connector is configured as its only tested with Python v3.11.
