Description

Tried enabling the saved search from,
Settings --> Searches,Reports and Alerts --> "Saved Search Name" ---> Enable

Unable to enable the saved search in this manner.

Investigation

Generate HAR file while enabling the saved search by the above mentioned steps.

On checking the HAR file, there are no errors observed, so it is evident that there is no web service related issue which is hindering the enablement of the saved search.

Resolution

Try to enable the saved search through below steps. Before proceeding, please note down the app name "$app_name$" to which the saved search belongs to,

Apps --> Manage Apps --> $app_name$ --> View Objects --> $Saved_search$ --> Enable

Thus saved search will be enabled.
