Confirm whether the following IP addresses which are resolved from the destination URL [http-inputs-xx-xxxx.splunkcloud.com] of the HTTP Event Collector are static IPs or dynamic IPs.

Resolution

This is a Load Balancer [LB] endpoint and IPs will change.
The IPs mentioned above are dynamic and are expected to change somewhat regularly.
This happens as a result of the cloud provider performing maintenance on the underlying infrastructure.
