Overview
The Customer Experience (CX) Cloud is a SaaS offering that enables Customer success throughout their journey to onboard, optimize, and adopt new technologies across all architectures. Customers with Cisco Success Tracks subscriptions get access to the following features:
• Contextual Learning: Window to Collaborative Intelligence Platform with the latest resources for network engineers and architects via “Ask the Expert (ATX)” webinars, “Success Tips”, Accelerator’s engagements, and training.
• Trusted Support: Help solve immediate technical problems and get proactive and prescriptive service options at the software and solution level.
• Insights & Analytics: Digital Intelligence tools that deliver proactive and predictive insights and helps customers recognize potential problems, optimize operations, and accelerate technology adoption/transitions.
• Expert Resources: One-stop experience for all available architectures and Cisco products with access to strategic expert advice on detailed design and validation as well as industry-specific solutions.

New Video Player Added for On-Demand Videos
On-demand video content for Success Tips and Ask the Experts (ATX) can now be viewed with the new Cisco Digital Asset Management (CDAM) video player providing customers with an intuitive and engaging customer experience. The following features are available for the CDAM video player:
- View, download, and search matches in transcript
- Closed captioning
- Personalized bookmarks and notes
- Play, Pause, and Search
- Playback speed control
- Volume control
- Rewind and Fast Forward
- Time completed and time remaining
- Adjustable video sizing
Enhanced Crash Risk
Crash File Upload Warning
CX Cloud has been enhanced to provide a warning to Campus Network Level 2 customers attempting to upload a crash file if the file name differs from the crash file name on the asset. Upload can continue upon confirmation of the file name.
Crash Risk Messages
CX Cloud has been enhanced to display informational messages for Crash Risks offering details and guidance when no assets with crash risks are found or no crashed assets are reported.
Color Labels Removed
The Confidence value for Crashed Assets has been updated such that color labels have been removed. The associated Confidence value continues to display.
Crash Risk Commands
The Generate Commands button in the Crash Risk detail page is now disabled by default until all required information is collected for the accurate retrieval of crash risk files. Completing the Protocol, Destination URL, and Username (as applicable) fields in the Retrieve Crash File section enables the Generate Commands button allowing customers to generate the required commands to retrieve the files.
Acknowledging Advisories
The Advisories tile in CX Cloud can now be viewed by Active or Acknowledged advisories. New advisories display in the Active view until they are reviewed by an account member and marked as Acknowledged. Customers have the option to move Acknowledged advisories back to Active, if required.
Exporting Assets Lists
CX Cloud Super Administrators can now export the list of assets for a group by clicking the more options icon in the Asset Groups details page.
Asset Filters
CX Cloud has been updated such that the All Assets tab can be filtered by Software Type and Location and the Assets tab includes scrollable filters.
Advisories Filters
CX Cloud has been updated such that Advisories filters have been changed to check boxes allowing customers to select one or multiple options to further refine filtering.
