Cisco annonce la date d’arrêt de commercialisation et de fin de vie de Cisco SF550X and SG550XG Stackable Managed Switches. Les clients ont jusqu’au 18 juin 2020 pour commander les produits concernés. Les clients continueront de bénéficier du service d’assistance téléphonique du centre d’assistance Cisco Small Business (SBSC), comme indiqué dans le tableau 1 de l’annonce de fin de vie du produit. Le tableau 1 décrit les étapes et donne les définitions et les dates relatives aux produits concernés. Le tableau 2 répertorie les numéros de référence des pièces du produit qui est l’objet du présent avis. Le soutien sera assuré aux clients selon les conditions énoncées prévues aux garanties de produit qui sont en vigueur.
