Cisco announces the end-of-life guideline for the Network Assurance Engine software releases
End-of-Sale for a feature release will be six months after the release announcement or the date when the next feature release is announced, whichever is greater. In addition, at any point in time there will be at least one feature release that has not reached End-of-Sale.
Software maintenance support for a feature release will end twelve months after End-of-Sale date. No patches or maintenance releases will be provided for the feature release after this period. Application Service and Support will be provided for thirty-six months after End-of-Sale date.
Product Migration Options
Customers are encouraged to migrate to the latest version of the software following the documentation for NAE Install and Upgrade
