So today's agenda is extremely interesting. You're gonna learn about the new features, enhancements of controller, agent management, and agent.00:10And, and extra agent enhancements. Can you go to the next slide? Thank you. All right, so kicking off the session with a view of the portfolio positioning on where appd sits in the Splunk observability. This diagram shows you the full suit of product.00:19Dynamics, as you all know, is now part of Splunk observability portfolio. Let's have a quick glance on each one of them. So AppDynamics is our very proven APM solution for on premise and SaaS. Splunk Observability Cloud is the cloud 1st cloud native monitoring. We are going to have more sessions in the future focus.00:39On Splunk observability cloud as well. So if you're interested, please do join. Then at Splunk ITSI, it's our AI ops layer for even correlation and business KPI dashboards. It's a great tool guys and reach out to us if you want to know more about it. Next is of course the base platform, which is a Splunk Unified Data platform. I think everyone.00:59Everybody of every one of you would be aware of it. It's a common data layer for security, observability and analytics. Our strategy is to build a unified experience across all these products with security and observability becoming more and more and increasingly tightly coupled.01:19Maybe next slides Kevin. Thank you. Now let's have a quick discussion about the self managed appdynamics virtual appliance and then probably I'll pass it on to our experts. We have released a new deployment model. It's released from quite some time around last year, November.01:37December, so some of you must be already aware of it. It's called the appdynamics Virtual appliance. Why it has been released? Basically historically, all the new features were 1st launched on SaaS, and then it took few months before it reached on prem. This virtual appliance.01:57Uses a shared code with our SaaS environments allowing us to deliver the feature parity much faster. What is it? It is basically a model virtual appliance packaging deployed via OVA on your VMware with a support for AMI, VHD, and Kubernetes virtual monitoring for private cloud environments.02:15If you have an on prem environment, key benefits of moving to virtual appliance will be of course faster feature delivery. As we explained capabilities like secure app, AI powered anomaly detection, root cause are already available in virtual appliance. Simplified patching, you can update specific component.02:35Without update upgrading the entire controller, which is one of the super big ask which our customers had and which we have now available for you all. And next is the flexible adoption where you can deploy the hybrid mode alongside with existing enterprise console controller. You can have an hybrid model as well or as a full.02:55Replacement. You can reach out to us or your account team or if you have partners, anybody you are working with appdynamics, and if you have an on premise controller, and if you want to move or have the hybrid mode on for virtual appliance, please do get in contact with us and we'll help you further on it. Now.03:14Forward to you Kevin, for the controller enhancements and the next part of the session.03:34Thank you. Sure, thank you. Just a few things with the self managed virtual appliance. The whole idea is if you are a on premises customer, you know that whenever there's a new release, you always go to the.03:40Version 1st and then so the on premises will have, and some of them say e.g. AI capabilities in theory it's almost quite hard to get onto an on premises spaces. This solves the problem where you have less parity, will have a parity between your SaaS, a SaaS solution.03:56It says controller.04:16We have a parity with the on premises. So say e.g. you also enable things like anomaly detection that we'll talk about it in, in a, in a bit as well as other, other features that required a AI engine to run. So.04:19Obviously another benefit is you we will have we will have Kubernetes style deployment that you can control it easier instead of the traditional just VM itself. In other words more than architecture.04:39Alright, as usual, the 1st thing we have when it comes to release is controller enhancement, which you will get 1st hand right away, see it on your controller. Beside of the agent version and all these framework catch up, the 1st thing I.04:56I really want to introduce is anomaly protection.05:14AI anomaly detection has been in the business transaction side for a little while, then we brought it to database. Now it's in the EOM which includes Brom and ROM. Mobile and browser can both enjoy the same privilege of enabling.05:18And all the detection. Obviously it is very different in terms of what metrics the AI picks up when it comes to, ok, how do we correlate the data and stuff? But the base explanation is the same, the way it correlates the datas are the same, that way it creates health rules that are.05:38Same.05:58And, obviously you also get the, the explanation of what's happening, obviously a whole screen of the whole, the whole events and you can obviously use the summary to copy and paste, put it in a war room or if you want to put it in as a.05:58RCA, if that's something that's that's something you want to do as a incident management style. I want to quickly show you in the controller in a while simply because I also want to show you the air power RCA.06:19Before we have this RCA in any AI generated events, we will have the style on the right hand side for the ones that we have anomaly detection detected events. Now we have it on your personalized or customized.06:38Through as well.06:58Which again save you time on typing up all the summary, and also basically gives you the root cause potential root cause, you can go straight down there into a snapshot or correlate to any other side of things like front end, backend database, things like that.06:59That. Right, let me share with you, if I may, on our controller, alright.07:19This we got the the tab on the top. Now, what you see is our our testing controller or the demonstration controller. What we will go to is the alert and respond page.07:36If you go to anomaly detection, you can toggle it on depending on the application or EUM, that's what we are talking about. Let's go to let's see.07:52See, once you turn it on, same as the business transaction side of things, you can toggle it on as well as configure the severity of how you want, how sensitive you want it to be.08:09As well as what base page you want it to have or even have to match a certain criteria of those base pages, say e.g. under shopping cart, under certain pages that you want them to be monitored, these can be done.08:25Double clicking into, it unfortunately, there's NO event on this check on anomalies.08:44And there's nothing here. Okay, here we go. So, going into an AI.08:59Generated an anomaly detection event. It obviously summarized the event. With this running analysis you can see it's basically running the engine behind the scene and it will tell you, ok, it might be this.09:15The whole events and clicking on it shows you exactly what happened, why, why do why does the AI un think this might be a problem? What sort of recommendation? Obviously feel free to get back on that to improve the engine.09:32And as usual, if you want to share a deep link, you can do that. As for health rule itself, I might struggle to find and.09:49Event to show you, but I'll quickly try it. That's alright.10:05From what I remember, I don't think.10:23Yeah.10:41I don't think I'll have one for this controller, but what you will be able to see is on this, if there is a business transaction violation, then the same style of that AI generated summary walker.10:43And that's pretty much it. So the next part will be quite specific in the MRAM when you are setting up health rules for MRAM.11:02You can pick specific network requests on that specific mobile app which can really drill down to, ok, I can I only want to see this application.11:18With the amount of requests, and then within that you can also create health through with a wildcard, within the level of directory and matching a certain patterns.11:33Basically rejects and you can exclude patent using the standard style of, of rejects and I can quickly show you.11:51But I'm also aware that s the later slide might cause a lot more time let's see. Okay, so.12:08If we go back to this page where we go to alert and respond, and if we are creating a health rule specifically looking for a mobile application.12:24Yeah Creating a mobile application help through. We can skip these, go to critical criteria, and when you are trying to select a metric.12:42From here, you can go down to, network requests, network in it, yeah.13:01That's it. Or if you want to go to metric path, as usual, as we talked about, you can go to s a match of wildcard to a level of directory. If you unchecked.13:17It will match up to f you match multiple level of directories and up to four wildcard can be selected. I believe this will be a very niche case, use case if you are interested, I think it will be good to have us to run.13:34A very customized session with you, feel free to reach out to us. We can tailor meet a session about how mobile ROM affects you and what sort of health you want to run. But yeah, that's that.13:52Now, this is an interesting one. It's nothing fancy, but if you go to here's a note in an application, you can look at historical note, basically the note you had before which is separated from what we have actively.14:07Which is really great for looking back on what's happening before or when you're deploying something if you have any naming problems or if you want to look at an event that's.14:23Before which the notes are already gone, these are great. It can go down to the metric browser as well if you want to see the metrics, then you can do that.14:38The other oops, sorry. The other one would be the language selector, where we now support Japanese that might be specific for Japanese customer as well.14:55As I said, we also have a lot of version catch UPS, library catch UPS to certain versioning. This is what we always do, and we continue to progress. Licensing wise unfortunately I can't show you due to.15:11The privilege that we have in our testing controller.15:30But what essentially it does is it's improved experience for you to access the licensing data. Say e.g., you get one click, you can get to everything in your licensing licensing page, it has been redesigned. Some of the small neat peek things like ok the usage value, it's now using exact value.15:34Instead of one K, this has bothered a lot of customers. License expiry date across all entitlement as well as more visibility on the UI itself. Running reports gets you to.15:54Break down into tables, which is really good for when it comes to renewal times, you can see how much you have used more or less. And then again inside the metric browser you can have a look at utilization, how much you're using that will help you to either budget.16:13Or understand your consumption and what you can do if you are deploying a new application. Is there any room for these things? Things like that. This is an interesting one. Dashboard wise we now can.16:31Do a quick import in a JSON file and you get exactly what you get from the JSON, that's good for when you are very familiar with Json file and the dashboard you can use, you can just make adjustment inside the Json file and then import into different places.16:49And 2nd one is to share it on full screen that's basically for visibility to show basically say e.g. your executive in a better way and you can change the widget color based on the baseline value. I will show you right now.17:06So, let's go back to main page. What we want to do is go straight to dashboard and say if I'm creating a new dashboard testing.17:23For EIS, and you have something prepared just like me, let's go to action import, choose a file, and we'll go to.17:40Desktop, there is this test EIS JSON file which has all pre made input, 2 min.17:57Okay, then you'll have a full dashboard. Just one little things that might feel that might be fixed in the future, if you are doing an export from an existing dashboard.18:13And then you want to import it somewhere else, which is within the same controller. You will need to go to the JSON file and change the name as well as the actual file name, otherwise the dashboard.18:30System will underst will or will understand there's a existing one and will not let you import. So that's that. Changing the color, I wouldn't bother too much to show you for now, simply because it's quite simple quite easy. Once you're adding a widget, it's just three checkbox.18:45There's also an update on the-studio. As you know, we have two dashboard system running in app dynamics.19:10Dash studio basically is a more modernized version of dashboard creation two where it is based on dashboard variables. Now, with the new update.19:20You will have the ability to, import labels, image, iframe, variable for widget title and subtitle. Unfortunately, my controller has not had that functionality just yet.19:36But yeah, so once you're in there, in the variable, go into type, then you will be able to find it. Okay, now, unfortunately.19:55The last, the last feature that we have, it's also a very amazing one yet. We are in an alpha status where it depends on the region, some of the controller might be available. Some of them.20:09Will need to contact people like us, customer success specialists to help you to enable that feature flag to make sure it works. That will be especially for APJC region, that's something you will need to do it through this escalation. But what you essentially do is you can.20:26Now create health rule based on Kubernetes entities, basically is an expansion of what we have from the health rule, say if you have, you want to do things within the ports and you want to get notified.20:46These are where you can do changes. The same way how you create a health rule we did just now where you go to critical criteria, choose the value in the metric browser, look for the specific entity and the metrics for it. Then you can go with exactly the same how we create health.21:01Through in terms of, ok, do you want the range, do you want the value, and then set it up same as what warning criteria. And that's pretty much all I have.21:21Just one more thing, sorry, my apologies, I want to quickly just to end with what, what Preet has talked about, our overarching strategy.21:42Around, observability where we are now part of the whole Splunk platform where we are trying to work together as a whole to provide the best visibility. So as you know, we have.21:59We have now interconnectivity between observability cloud, Splunk enterprise, or do you call it Splunk core. Now we are supporting different regions, different tenants in different regions. So you, if you have lock office connect, this will work.22:16Work when it come when you're trying to build, say you have a US.22:36Tenant and you have an APJC tenant, which one of my customer has now it will work. But yeah, so that's pretty much me. Judith I believe is your time. Alright, so I have a couple of slides here.22:41But what I'm going to do is to talk about the agent management as well as the agent enhancements that was brought in the last few releases. I'll combine few of the slides to get to know the the the general view of what.22:58Is released and then where we are going to from here, right? So fast of all the agent management enhancements. Rather than just reading it out, I just want to show you something here in the agent management UI. I just, I just went through the participants list in this webinar and then saw some of the familiar faces there.23:14There and I know some of you are already using agent management and smart agent. So just for your information, if you have any concern with respect to the extension management in agent management in the in the machine agent, then the agent management as of now covers that. You just go to the machine agent, now the extension.23:34Which are put into the monitors folder of machine agent are all.23:55Managed by the smart agent right now. So all that you're going to do is just go to the respective machine agent and then go to the details and this won't be having any extension. I know that, but then if the extensions are there, it will be shown here and the extension life cycle can be managed using this UI. Agent management.24:00And you are very important feature which got released. There are a lot of customers who manage certain functionalities using extensions, so that's currently managed.24:202nd option here is the deployment groups. Now when you create a deployment group, you can right now include the DB agent and the DB servers in that. So previously it was about the java agent, node.js agents etc. But in the deploy.24:31Deployment group right now you can include the database agents as well, ok?24:51Let me just go back, cancel this other point here is about the tasks in progress. These are some sort of some minor enhancements, but then goes along a way in terms of the operational.24:57Aspect of it. Just forget about the blank screen here, but then what I'm going to say here is when you have tasks in progress, you can just click on any of the tasks and then cancel the task, stop the task etc. Meaning, you can control whether the tasks need to be completed or not. The feature which was in asked by a lot of.25:16Customers there. And the most important aspect of the feature of agent management which got released is about the APIs.25:36So you can just go to, the doc doc side of this AppDynamics Plunk AppDynamics, and then you can see agent management APIs here. Now, why is this important? Most of you maybe deploying the agents using your CICD pipeline, so.25:45Of course agent management is an, is an end to end automation for the agent life cycle management, but then if you plan to integrate it part of your as part of your pipeline, then of course you can just make use of these APIs. E.g., agent upgrade API is here just go, just for the sake of the the demo I'm just clicking that.26:05And you can see if you want to upgrade a specific agent or a group of agents, you can just make use of these APIs where you specify this is a sample payload and the sample response is shown here. You can just make use of these APIs. If you want to create an inventory out of the th the list of agents and the entire inventory, if you want to export.26:25Then obviously.26:45The agent management API has it in the list of APIs, you can, the, the inventory retrieval, then the configuration retrieval configuration deployment API, all these are there, just go through it and then get used to it. Okay, so that is about agent management.26:48And then similarly to to inassociated to that is the smart agent. Here what we are going to say is, if you are managing the smart agent deployment using the smart agent command line, the CLI and to deploy the smart agents into remote servers.27:07So far you were, you, if, if there's an authentication, so you were using a key key value, right? The private key based authentication, now it supports the simple SSH password authentication as well as allows you to use proxies, HTTP proxies or socks five proxies in between to connect you.27:28The the remote servers, right? So what.27:47It means is that, if you want to connect to a remote server and then deploy smart agent to a remote server, then in the remote.yaml file, you can just mention the auth type. So the type is SSH here and then I'm going to use a username and password. If you want to secure the password.27:50Good.28:10Provided as an environment variable and then specify it in the configuration.INA file. All right? So this is one option. Now, what if the, the remote server is not accessible directly and you have to connect to that server using a proxy? If that is the case.28:11Either you can use HTTP proxy or SOX five proxy here. So again, the protocol is SSH, we use username and password here, and then you are just mentioning the.28:31The proxy as HTTP and the credentials, I mean the the authentication mechanism here. And same is the case for S SOX five. Specify the SOX five as the type and then the SOX five details here. Specifically if you look here, you can see instead of the the username password, we have specified a.28:43Private key here. So this was the existing authentication mechanism. Now on top of this key based authentication, we have introduced.29:03The simple use username and password based authentication as well for the smart agent remote deployment via the command line. All right? So that is smart agent and agent enhancement. Then this is what Kevin was saying about.29:13The Kubernetes enhancements, right? If you look, we have released a new and enhanced version of cluster agent which can actually do entity mapping context, switching dynamically, more metrics for you, enhanced alerting for Kubernetes, and then, the, the.29:29The correlation between app agent and then the the cluster agent in a seamless manner or and then the cluster agent, if you look there was a goal library which just got upgraded to 01:20 six.one. Now this is important, so I'm just spending some time here rather than a demo, I'm just showing you this screenshot here.29:49This is what the new cluster agent will looks like. So, if.30:09You were familiar, if you are familiar with the previous versions of cluster agent, you never had this this portion. This is where the entity mapping happens. The top down, if you look, you have the name spaces here and then the workloads, the deployments of the stateful sets here and then the respective ports under each.30:15Of these workloads or the deployments. You can select.30:35Any of the entity one by one and then go and then drill down into those as usual. All right, so this is one improvement done on top of that. This is this was the drill down which I just was just mentioning about. Click on the name spaces in that cluster, whatever name spaces.30:40Are there will be listed over here under each name space, how many workloads, what are those workloads? What are those ports? Then the quota consum cons consumption by those ports and the workloads are listed over here, which would be very useful.31:00And, very important here is the Kubernetes Metrics Explorer, which is, which is an enhanced new metric explorer contrary to the existing metrics browser here. It's it's different. I'm just going to explain you a bit on this Kubernetes Metrics Explorer in a.31:16So this is what oh I'm sorry. This is what is all about the metric browser here in this metric browser, you can just select the cluster.31:38Then in the inside the cluster, if you want to drill down on a specific name space, select the namespace, the workloads under the namespace will be dynamically populated, that is what was meant by the dynamic context switching here, workload type, workload port. If I just want to examine only one port, now you have the liberty to do that. You.31:55Using this metric b browser. So here the CPU limit, the quota consumption of one.32:15Specific port, if you want to examine that is possible right now. So this is an enhanced metric browser on top of, the existing, the conventional one. So, very useful feature Wherever you are using AppDynamics for Kubernetes monitoring, just get your cluster agent.32:22Upgraded, get your control controller upgraded to the compatible version and then reach out to the customer success specialist, you can just.32:42Make use of the, this feature to the infrastructure as well as the app correlation in the Kubernetes environment, ok? So that is about the Kubernetes enhancement and since the metrics are available in such a format, you can make use of these metrics for selectively alerting. So.32:53Rather than having an alert, you have a generic alert for a, e.g., the port memory utilization or the limit usage, I have a generic alert. Now I want to set a specific alert for one specific namespace. You can do it. I want to set an the same alert for a specific port, I can do that or a group.33:13Of board I can do that, ok? Because of the the loosely coupled nature of this particular metric browser.33:33Make use of this feature. All right, so that is about the cluster agent and the Kubernetes enhancements. Now, we are going to cover a few of the agent enhancements, but what I'm going to do is to combine those. So here you have the.net agent and then you have the machine agent.33:40Coming up. So what we are going to showcase here is this.34:00The dull mode here, ok? Preet and Kevin was explaining the unified observability using AppDynamics as well as the observability cloud. Now the agents are also released in a.34:06Accordance with that vision, so consider Java agent.net agent.34:25And the machine agent, you have the dual mode, meaning inside the AppDynamics agent bundle, you have the Splunk open telemetry agent as well. If you don't want to use that particular Splunk open telemetry agent, then that's the default right now you have. The agent will report to your AppDynamics controller. But you can enable a dual mode where the same.34:30Some agent can report to Splunk observability cloud as well as the AppDynamics controller.34:50If you are in a transition from AppDynamics to Splunk observability cloud, this feature is going to be handy. You can retain your existing setup. It's, it's all about agent upgrade and then just making this configuration change. The same agent, if you want to report only to Splunk observability.34:56The cloud that is the hotel mode, which only reports to the open telemetry cloud, the Splunk observability cloud. So this feature is released for Java agent.net agent and.35:16And, your machine agent. All right, so that's the combined agent. Now, how can I get more details of it? So you can always go here, oh wait, so there is a, in the doc site, there's an explanation of the combined agent. So these many agents are covered.35:27The dual mode.35:47The, Splunk mode and the appd mode all are explained here, just go through this and then get yourself familiar with the same agent you can just make use of, alright that's going to be a very important feature considering the transitions if you have, if you are in a if you are in a migration phase.35:49Okay. This machine agent enhancement, maybe I can just read it out, I think somebody is asking some questions Kevin, I believe you are on top of that, right? Good, if you are having queries, just put it in the chat. We will be responding back and if.36:08We are running short of time, we'll be getting back to you via an email. So on this machine agent, I just wanted to highlight that these are all ok. These are the parameters are now available in the controller info.XML, but I just want to highlight on this ok HTTP and then the i unix socket here. So you see the net.36:26T library was the synchronous event driven powerful network framework so far used, which is right now replaced with ok HTTP, which is a lightweight HTTP Java client or the Java machine agent. This along with the iunix.36:46Socket which uses the Unix domain sockets will bring the machine agent to a lightweight, less memory consumption mode and high performance mode. So very important enhancement in terms. It's an internal one not to bother, but.37:00Which can which can bring about a major boost in the performance alright?37:20Yeah, database agent enhancement, only call out here is the Microsoft intra ID authentication for Postgres SQL. If you use Azure Postgres and if you want to centrally manage your authentication.37:26So, so far you were specifying the database credentials in the configuration file and the or cyber arcs or vault like hashicorp. These features were there you can secure, you are able to secure your database agent credentials, but then if you want to see.37:44Centrally manage the authentication using your Azure and the Microsoft intra ID, meaning the Azure open, directory in fact. So that is right now possible. This is a token based authentication. I'm not getting into the details here because of the time constraint, but then this is documented in the doc side.38:03You can always go there and then understand Microsoft and tried your authentication for Postgres que. Remember this is only for Azure Postgres and the explanation is over here. This is a token based centrally managed authentication right now you can use, right?38:23Private synthetic agent probably I can skip or maybe just read out, not sure how many of you are using and then familiar with private synthetic agent because majority of our customers are on hosted synthetics. In case you are using private synthetic agent, then.38:42Just for your understanding, there's something called an automation framework, deploy private synthetic agent using an automation script. All right? This script can right now receive input from the configuration files, so that's all about the enhancement.38:59But then you can just go through the doc site. And lastly, this is again a ma this is a major improvement for the browser based JavaScript agent for browser real user monitoring. Most of you, some of you maybe aware, but this was released a few few few versions back in 20.39:15Six.one. Now, if you have GraphQL fetches.39:35In the browser application, then the GraphQL network request can right now be monitored and just like your network request, you can just go through the the performance KPIs sessions et cetera. This is if you use a if you use GraphQL, then this is a major enhanced.39:40Skip an eye on top of this and then try to bring into your, your environment if you use GraphQL here, alright so this documentation again is quite extensive one. So the headers which are supported if in your if in your.40:00The application code if you use fetch API, how the the the headers are identified that's being documented over here, Apollo client or fetch API or you URQL, you, you are there. And now if you want to customize your existing that option also exists here.40:19Here if you you can specify your custom GRAPHQL header.40:39So the network requests are identified accordingly. So that's in a nutshell about the agent enhancement, but what I'm saying here is looking at these enhancements, some of these are some major enhancements or breakthrough in your production monitoring. Leverage these if if you want to have.40:43Have more details on these or s custom tailored session, get in touch with your customer success specialists they'll arrange individual sessions on each of these topics.41:03Alright, so with that we are bringing this session to a conclusion. You can let us know about any of the topics you want to cover us in the future, write to us or get in touch with your customer success specialists. Now I think the floor is open to you.41:14Do you have anyone to take it up? Yeah, I think Hamish has few questions so basically.41:32Looking for use cases for your agent beside of within that migration transition temporary period. Is there any advantage of using it? Do we actually utilize the otel capability beside of ok switching around from both modes? Okay, I understood. So I believe this is actually the.41:47Documented in the doc side, the use cases other than the migration. If I just open up the doc site once again, the monitoring scenario, see if you want, if you want to use the strengths of both the platforms, by the way, you have both the platforms, then you can make use of the same agent sending data to multiple platforms. That's one.42:07Yeah, and then cloud native observability, if you use AppDynamics platform and then you want to have more insights into cloud native, then probably you can make use of this. And that being said, the the as of now, apart from the migration use case, it is about the strengths in both the platforms which you can use if you are.42:27Autonative, probably you can send the auto native data to Splunk only cloud while you are conventional APM data stays in AppDynamics.42:47You can try this out I mean the the use cases and the related topics why you want to use each mode is being documented here. Help.Splunk.com just search with the keyword, maybe do well mode or combined agent you will get the details here. I mean the the primary use case is still it's still.42:56In migration testing, see how the data flows.43:16But that also built a foundation for us to once we upgrade the agent, then features are available for both for both side of the agents. And also it taps into that smart agent capability where you just press an upgrade, you just go there. That's probably advantage targeting both.43:20For user to use both platforms, that that's my $0.02. I think he has an associated question there. He has just went in depth and then asked, can it leverage appd instrumentation to create auto traces or does it just use ok for hotel traces, it's the auto instrumentation and then the native.43:38Appd, singularity headers and all that is the native appd or instrumentation. Now the specific to the query, hotel instrumentation it is by the Splunk Hotel agent. Cool.43:58All right, any other queries here? I think that's everything. So just also, I think it's worth to discuss about the Kubernetes features coming up, how is the APJC customer.44:21We're going to leverage that because we are in quite a bit of a strange place where we don't have it on the controller yet, but then we are showing people the capabilities, what would you suggest?44:38Oh, we lost you? If you're on mute. Okay, so as of now, we are targeting it region by region for the Sydney region controllers has this feature incorporated. So anybody anybody using the Sydney region controller?45:00Can enable this feature again you can just get in touch with your customer success specialist.45:20Get the feature enabled. It's, it's so we may have to use our ops team to get the feature enabled and then it's all about upgrading your cluster agent and then checking the compatibility of that cluster agent with your current controller version it's very seamless one.45:26Probably we always advise you to have a downtime and then ensure this is, this setup is done, but it is straightforward one much doesn't affect your applications, but then the visibility that it brings to the table is immense. You can have your Kubernetes tags and.45:43The labels flowing into AppDynamics controller, do filtering, use those filter for creating dashboards, alerts etc. A greater flexibility here. Now the Sydney region controller, the the those who are using Sydney region controller readily you can use the feature, but the other region probably you may have to wait a bit, but we'll announce.46:02When those feature the the feature is available on other regions.46:22Also in addition, what mentioned that if you are somebody who does not have a customer success specialist attached to those accounts, you can very well go to your accounts team, the solution architect or whoever you are working with. If there's a partner attached, then please reach out to them and eventually.46:27It will land to us and we will be able to help you. So there are multiple ways you can reach out and enable the Kubernetes on the Sydney region for specific to your account.46:46I think with the time that we are going on and the content that we have I think we can probably end here. Thank you so much everyone for joining. Hope it was an insightful session. See you in the next hour.46:58Upcoming sessions very soon. Thank you so much.47:15
