Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever you're joining from. Thank you for joining the session.00:11Let me quickly share my screen I hope my screen is visible and I'm clearly audible. So, today we are here.00:16For APJC expert inside series on Cisco IT fundamentals, features overview and business value. With me I have Anshul. He will be the, we will be doing demo and I will be the presenter and host for the team.00:33Before we kick start the presentation, please allow me to introduce ourselves. I am a customer success specialist focused on enterprise networking, currently working on Cisco catalyst center, and Cisco IT, I'm a certified assistant and network assistant with.00:50Team interest in networking and automation. Anshul here is a customer success technical leader aligned to CI portfolio and worked primarily in ACI and Nexus dashboard adoption with focus on DevOps and automation of customers network infrastructure.01:08So to have a seamless meeting, I would like to mention two housekeeping rules. So all microphones have been muted and locked of all. We request you to please use life and if you're having any technical issues such as audio or screen issues.01:28Please use that feature and our panelists will do their best to assist you. Closed captioning is available in the bottom left side of your screen. Hand raise has been enabled, but we also would like to see your excitement and group reactions.01:48So please do use those and today's session is being recorded and summarized. All content including slides will be posted to the Cisco community site. Following today's session, you will be redirected to a survey page.02:03Please respond to it as it will help us to understand how to improve our future sessions because there is always room for improving there. And this is the slido. If you'd like to join the Slido through phone to ask any questions, please.02:19Scan the QR code and this is the event ID and the passcode is Cisco IQ. We have already shared these details in the chat, so I would like to now the session. This is the agenda team. We will be starting with Cisco IQ overview following we will be discussing.02:36See the dashboards that are available on IT.02:56Such as we will be discussing the modules that are available, that are assets, assessments and support, and there have been few recent updates to Cisco IT as this is a growing product, so there will be new updates always.02:59But we'll be mentioning few recent updates and we'll be having a very extensive demo at the end and we'll also be sharing the resources that will be helpful for your Cisco journey. With that Cisco IT overview.03:16Now, why Cisco IQ? Cisco IQ can help you accelerate the time to value while enhancing resiliency and simplicity of your operations with Cisco AI powered support capabilities.03:32Our goal is to make your Cisco experience personalized, proactive, and corrective and how we will be doing that, we will be showing that how to do using Cisco in today's session. Now.03:48We all know that there are multiple documents out there such as troubleshooting guides, release notes, security advisories, device hardening guides, best practices guides, and many more. Besides, there is a lot of device data also.04:03And everything is acting in silos. And to be honest, this is the reality of many IT groups. We are overwhelmed by this complexity and too often we are not even aware of the critical risks as.04:20Aging hardware and cryptographic vulnerabilities. Consequently, the team is deeply entrenched in the breakout cycle leaving NO bandwidth for innovation any of such. Now.04:36What Cisco IQ will be doing here is it will serve as a filter for all this noise. So we have taken Cisco's 40 years of global expertise telemetry and best practices and put everything into single platform.04:52On top of that, we have AI assistant which we'll be showing in today's session. So simply what we have done the hard work for you, we take the heavy lifting for you and transform it into clean.05:08Accessible insights apply directly tailored to your environment. You will be locking to benefi the benefits such as comprehensive landscape clarity.05:24A single always current view of every asset across your full Cisco portfolio, proactive resilience, continuous AI driven assessments that prioritizes issues before they impact your business.05:39And rapid resolution which means turning hours of manual searching into minutes of actions with very detailed summary. Now, what is the result? You will get the uptime.05:55Performance and resilience your business need. Now Cisco ITO transform Cisco from vendor you resort to when things break into an indispensable partner you can envision operating without it. Now let's take a brief look at how your support contracts under the power.06:11Firstly, I would like to put it out there. Cisco IQ is yours to use as NO charge based on your support contract is but let's take a quick look at how that works. 1st of all, let's start with basic features such as.06:33Asset inventory, the tagging end of life reporting, last date of support dashboard, file uploads to import devices, security advisory reporting, field noticing reporting and entry into the new resilient infrastructure playbook which we'll be discussing in few slides.06:49Those aren't gated behind any premium tier. Every device you have under a Cisco contract gets that visibility period. That's your baseline and it's substantial on its own. Where the tiers come is.07:07Depth of AI driven analysis and how much of the work Cisco does for you Cisco does for you versus how much you do yourself. Basic gives you foundational reactive coverage, 25 by 24 by seven assistant on your individual products.07:23Good for devices where we fix it when it breaks is an acceptable risk posture. Now standard moves you into prior to territory prioritized AI insights that flag risk before it becomes an incident with faster parts to resolution.07:41And signature is where the AI does the heaviest lifting. Specialized expert led guidance that's tailored again to your specific network, not generic best practices. And here's the part that matters for you.07:58How you actually deploy this. So you don't have to pick one tile for your whole environment. You can mix and match based on the device criticality. E.g., your core infrastructure, the stuff that takes down the business if it fails.08:13That's where signature earns its group and your edge and more remote devices lower blast radius basic might be all you need. So your matching coverage to what's actually at stake.08:28Not buying the software everywhere because it sounds. Okay, let's dive into dashboards on Cisco. Now we do have two dashboards as of now. 1st, the last day of support, the LDOS dashboard.08:44This gives you comprehensive detailed insight into LDOS across your entire environment in one place, not stitch together from spreadsheets, you can see exactly how many assets are approaching end of support.09:01And how far out so you're managing this risk proactively instead of finding out when something's already passed you. And it's built for reporting not just browsing. The summarization and prioritization features means you can pull this straight into a report and have a conversation with leadership.09:17Without a lot of extra work on your side. And then we have benchmarks dashboard. So this is where you actually see how you compared against anonymous data filtered by market segment and industry vertical.09:37So you're comparing apples to apples. It's built to help you spot the gaps that matter where you are ahead and more importantly, where you're failing behind your place. And it doesn't just show you the gap, it gives you the recommendation to improve your network.09:55So you can also filter across other markets and industries if you want a broader view, not just your own. Now, let's take a look at the three applications that are available on Cisco IT.10:131st is asset application. So now asset management before Cisco IT, this was manual and so collecting asset data by hand tracking contracts and reports in static spreadsheets.10:29And chasing data across systems just to get a full picture that leaves real blind spots on address contracts and assets. You get a dynamic always on inventory, a unified view across your entire estate.10:46It's predictive, not static with automated prioritization and recommendation. And you get AI driven guidance on things like your planning and upgrade parts. So you're planning ahead instead of reacting. Now this is the assets overview here you can see that we get this.11:04Assets both covered assets in a support contract and uncovered and then we'll also be able to see the devices that are sending telemetry.11:24All in one view, you don't need to figure out. You can immediately see which hardware families and software versions make up the most of your environment. And if you have got devices carrying high or critical security advisories, you'll see that also.11:34Here itself, and you will also be able to categorize these priorities based on the device criticality. So you know that to look 1st thing in the morning if you want to work on, and the next thing is inventory view.11:49This is where we will be showing all the assets, every asset you have in one place. So what makes this different from a technical inventory list is that AI insights which are the right in. So if you observe in the top there is this two lines where we are able to see some paragraph which will be showing in the.12:06Demo by the way. So there we will be able to see device criticality.12:26End of life status advisories all neared onto the data instead of something you would have to again do some analysis. So you can shape the view based on how you want to see. You can use filters starting and custom columns.12:31So you can click into any device and you'll be able to get full detail of the device such as alerts, hardware and software timelines, everything. And if you tend to manage things in groups by site, by team, however you organize, you can tag assets and filter by those tags to keep it organized.12:46And then we have service contracts which will show what are the contracts that are gonna expire and what are the ones that have already expired and what are the ones that are current currently valued. And when you click on any of this contract, you will be able to see all the assets that are associated to this.13:06Particular contractor. So if you need the details of any contract, click on it and you'll be able to see all the details. Now assistance application. Now, what changes with adaptive infrastructure assessments?13:26Before we are working with limited visibility, spreadsheets, annual research, reactive benchmarking, and quite frankly a huge blind spot for quantum readiness with Cisco IT. You get real time vulnerability insights.13:43Faster gap closure through automated assessment and recommendations, here comparisons to see where you stand and automated discovery of quantum safe risk. So we'll show you exactly what that looks in a few minutes in the demo.14:01But this is the assessment's overview, the home base for all of it. It's a growing list of assessments designed to keep you informed surfacing risks giving you AI driven insight and importantly recommending action to keep you protected, it just doesn't give you the vulnerabilities on your devices.14:17That can be acted against your devices, but it will tell you how to work, resolve them using a workaround. And here as you can see, these are the four major assessments that will be done on your devices, security advisory, security hardening, configuration assessment, and best practices guide.14:36So we will be looking at this also in detail in few minutes and now support application. Before this was a slow process, cases opened, tracked over phone and email, updates and escalations meaning more calls and emails.14:57And a lot of manual research just to figure out what's actually causing the issue. With Cisco IQ, you still get that personal support from our team. That hasn't changed. What's different is the pro process around it is simplified.15:15And streamlined by AI. So e.g., now you can add case notes and upload files directly to a case using Saving your time instead of chasing things down over email. And you can you can open a case.15:32Summarize it and manage all get all that using same AI assist. So now when you open a case usually engineer would be asking you some basic things, right? With Cisco IT opening the case, it will already be asking you so that when TAC engineer receives the case.15:47They will be able to start the troubleshooting immediately. So they have all things that they need. They'll be starting the troubleshooting immediately. And now you get self service updates and escalations, but you're not waiting on a callback just to check status.16:07And when something does not does require root cause analysis, you get intelligent personalized AI curate recommendations instead of starting from scratch. And this is the support over support page.16:23Where you'll be able to see all the open cases, rmas, and you will be able to track bugs. So this is the page where you want to go if you want to know about and now AI assistant. So with AI assistant, you will be getting a faster workaround that is you just.16:40For any let's say you have a P cert, you know that there is a piece out there. All you need to do is just come to AI assistant mention that and ask how many assets in my infrastructure are passed and paid for this vulnerability.16:59So it will be able to give you the whole report, then you can just find those devices and push the work around. Similarly, you can get any asset information. If you want to know the hardware or software of any of the asset, you ask it, it will give you.17:16So it's an assistant all the time. You just it's just a question of you. Now recent updates. So there are few recent updates such as resilient infrastructure services, quantum safe infrastructure, benchmarking.17:31And many more. So I'll just run through those briefly. 1st, let's talk about Cisco resilient infrastructure services and there is a lot of excitement around this new playbook. While we are not going on deep today, I want to give you a brief overview.17:47So RIS isn't about reacting to threats after the fact, it's an architect. So we built it specifically to deal with this new way of AI powered threats and to do it fast at scale. And this isn't a one and done engagement either.18:04So think of it as a continuous life cycle and interests on three major pillars that work together. 1st, exposure management. This is about really knowing your attack surface, not a snapshot from six months ago, but always on visibility into where you stand right now.18:21Second infrastructure modernization, this was beyond just patching things as they come up. So we're talking about building zero trust into the structure of your net environment so you get resilience that's proactive and the flexibility to adapt as things change.18:42And 3rd defense resiliency. So this is continuous autonomous defense mechanisms that operate at machine speed because that's the only way to actually keep this with AI driven threats. So now there are three pieces here. 1st you will find the all the.18:58The risk surface that is all the asset visibility and end of life last day of support visibility and personalized security advisory exposure mapping. So that is the 1st step. You'll be, you need to know what is there out to resolve it, right? So you'll be getting that visibility 1st.19:18And then exposure remediation guidance. For now you know all the advisories, so those will be mapped and will be having the score and also prioritized based on the criticality and remediation. Also, you will be able to get a safest automated OS upgrade path.19:37And then the 3rd step is 3rd and final piece is modernization life cycle insights. So with this information along I mean with the Cisco IT information, you will be able to get this life cycle status visibility.19:57And life cycle mapping and risk impact insights, which will be like a continuous life cycle which will help you to keep update, keep updated and ensure that your environment is always up to date. And now.20:12Yeah, so what we are doing here is with we are helping customers achieve resilient infrastructure and the journey begins with Cisco IT standard tier mapping the attack surface where dynamic asset insights and risk assessments.20:28Directly inform professional services remediation company and building on this clear baseline, the next pillar focuses on infrastructure modernization by managing structural debt through targeted OS updates and specialized services like OS validation, network refresh and.20:44Hardening. So finally, these modernized environments transmission into a state of defense resiliency utilizing continuous exposure insights to drive ongoing professional services like network hardening postures.21:04So now the other new feature is quantum safe infrastructure. Now we are addressing the risk which is quantum computing is going to break a lot of today's encryption. So attackers already know it, it's like they know that the current encryption can be broken by the quantum computers.21:21That are gonna come in with four years. So what's their, what they're doing is they are collecting all this data which can be decrypted later. Now, this assessment assessment will give you a clear picture of where you stand against that. So it looks at every device and gives you.21:41A clear picture across three criteria. Secure communications, secure platform and crypto agility and sorts your infrastructure into three buckets. Quantum scale needs a software update and needs a hardware refresh.22:00So instead of being sense that quantum is coming, you get a concrete prioritized roadmap and you can benchmark where you are against standards like TNSA 2.4. So you know exactly how close you are to compliance and what's left to do.22:17And finally one more thing like we know that we have already discussed this again just want to reiterate, so it will help you to benchmark you against your peers, how you're tracking your LDOS risk, how quickly you are remediating security advisories.22:37And how much of your fleet is actually sending telemetry which is very required for AI insights, and it doesn't just show you the gap, it gives you recommendations to close it. So the real value here is what it does for you outside the ITD.22:55So this turns into board level data backed conversations, you're not seeing trust us we're doing fine. You're showing exactly where you stand and where your next investment should go. And I want to again emphasize that your data is not at all shared with anyone.23:12And while your default here will be set based on several factors, you can change your default industry and market your settings to customers easily. So now let's dive into the live demo and for it I would like to call.23:32And she? Hi everyone, so this is how your IQ, Cisco IQ would look like once you log on to it. This logs onto your health screen. Can you give me a sec, just a sec, please?23:50Sorry, my apologies. There was someone somewhere on the door, sorry team. So yeah, this is this is the landing page where you would actually land once you log on to Cisco IQ and just gives you all gives you a journey in terms of how you would explore Cisco IQ generate your 1st AI report.24:27We've got some self help page pages in terms of how you can use Cisco IQ and then with the AI assistant it can tell you, it tells you like how you can use existing prompts to use AI systems. So we'll come to that in a bit, but let me just walk you through each of the different, different, you know, tabs.24:46Which I had walked through. So 1st thing is the dashboards. So this dashboard actually gives you a list of all the assets, which you have in your in your inventory, and it gives you the assets which are in which are enabled with.25:08Telemetry and assets which are the which are not available with telemetry, then it also gives you a outlook in terms of service, how many of your devices which are.25:28LDOS and which are past milestone, which are within twelve months, within 1224 months, within 24 to 26th 2436 months. And yes, if you can click on that, you will get details on that, but we'll go to that a bit later on.25:40Then I guess it again on this right hand side if you see it gives you asset supports coverage which are supported, which are not supported, assets which are passed LDOS and vulnerable and assets which are not. And then LDOS at assets replacement priorities by product architecture.25:58Which are, you know, all by by the device families. And then you have, you can you also have these devices.26:17In terms with with their actual top five families with the assets past LDOS, in this case as you see Cisco 900 series are the ones which are the ones which are which are past their LDOS rate. So that's a very good sort of, you know, dashboard to look into from the, from the.26:28Once you land onto it.26:48And if you click on this one, it will take you to the inventory of the assets and shows you all the inventory you have over here, right? So it's it shows you all the different different assets you have, and it tells you what it is, it's a chassis, it's a serial number, it's end of.26:49You know, service contract, all those details you can see over here. And that view you can also normally like whatever showing you from home and that's where you see the see the dashboard, but from home you can also come to the assets view and it it gives you this all of these assets in like all of all of details, so that view which I which I was showing you was.27:09This was work coming from the dashboard point dashboard point of view. Then this one, this one, this one actually tells you.27:29All your assets which have service contracts and which which don't and which have your which have their ldos enabled it tells you the assets which with with with critical or high security advisories and then it tells you assets by importance.27:39In terms of it's low, medium, higher critical. Again, this again assets breakdown in terms of the top five product families and the locations if you want to see that software versions, asset roles quite a few dashboards in terms of you want to have that breakdown.28:00Now one thing would over here would be the again, the inventory part which which I showed you earlier, so in this you can look at each device and it gives you the gives you the detailed inventory, and you can click on each of the device and it will tell you.28:20The, the details of the device, what product family it is.28:39And one key part of this is you can find out when did the it receive the last signal, right? So it will tell you when was this device refreshed and what was the data connector, where is it coming from? So these devices are obviously coming coming coming from the catalyst center.28:49So you can get all that information about a device from over here, I guess one thing I may have missed in the other dashboard, sorry it was a peer benchmarking, and that's a very good view in terms of in terms of benchmarking.29:06Is that it tells you where your devices are as compared to the peers in the industry. Like if you look at telemetry enabled assets, so your peers have 50.6 % in this e.g. 50.6 % devices which are enabled by telemetry and you have 70 %. So that's quite a good outlook.29:27And same thing with LDOS, right?29:46Then you have assets with critical or high severity security assets with critical and high severity security field notices. So all these give you a percentage in terms of, your, your appeal benchmarking, right? So it's a pretty good sort of view for you to have.29:50Again coming back to assets over here, I showed you the inventory, not going to service contracts. So this view gives you all the service contracts, right? So you can click at the each of these contracts, figure out if it's a signature tier or a basic tier. And then if you, if you.30:08You click on the contract number, it tells you what the contract is about and what the assets are covered with this, right? So if you look over here, it tells you all the assets. So that's one good view for you to have a look here, look at it.30:26Then this is it tells you about the EA summary. So if you have a enterprise agreement, it tells you what the agreement is, when is the start date, when is the end date, and how many devices have been added to this EA, then last week, last month and all so on and so forth, right?30:46Now with assessments over here, you have this this view over here where this is the landing page and it shows you all the assessments over here.31:05With all these different different tabs. One is for security advisory, one is for security hardening. So it tells you for security advisories how many of your devices are under the high category, which means they have advisory which also which is a high category. Same thing with security hardening, quantum safe infrastructure.31:20Quantum safe readiness, quantum assessments.31:41Certification expiration outlook. Then security advisory over here, as you see, you have the security different advisories over here. If you click on one of those, it shows you the.31:45Different the the advisory and based on that advisory, which, which assets are impacted because of that. So it tells you these are the devices which are potentially affected because of the advisory. Now, there's a very good feature of AI called ask AI. If you click over here, it take it can tell you.32:03All everything about this advisory, so you can actually come over here and ask a question to say, you know, show me all the devices which have been impacted by this advisory with more features and all those things. So you can ask those features over here with the AI assistant over here.32:23So that's a very good feature for you to try it out if you want to. Same thing and other thing is obviously for this advisory, you can click on this reference. If you click on this reference, it will take you to the actual reference from which this has been done. So this is the actual security advisory from which you are.32:39Getting this all details.32:59Oh, sorry, just in case you want to look at the real advisory, it will take you to that link, right? So yeah, I think this is a very good feature and then coming to security hardening. Now this talks about all the conflict hardening features which have been released by Cisco for different.33:02And based on that, how many of your devices are in high high in a critical mode and which have how many assets have been evaluated, how many have been passed, how many did not pass? Like if you look at this for this particular hardening guide too passed I'll.33:23Out of two. And if you look at this out of six wrong detection, all channels, six assets were actually.33:42Well, did not pass through it, right? So you can look at, you can click on it and it will tell you these devices didn't pass and if you, you know, it'll give you more details in terms of why you did not, you can use asked to for for in terms of the reasons why it did not pass in it can advise you on that.33:53So, and one good feature about each of these tabs and same thing with security advisories, it's got this insights field over here. If you click on it, it gives you all the insights about this particular thing that out of all these things, how many hardening checks you have had.34:13Had how many critical severity hardening checks you had or how many inconclusive results for for the assets you have with the with a single rule. So all the, all this analysis is pretty good in terms of giving you a high level view, but over and above over and a.34:33You also have this thing called full analysis. If you click on this.34:53It'll generate a full analysis for you and which is which is more detailed than what was earlier. So it will take some time for it to go through.34:58But you should, you generally can download this yeah ok it's still generating as you see once it's once it's fully generated, you can actually, you know, so you get a good detailed report and graphs for this one, as you see over here and.35:16So it's quite comprehensive as you see, and then you can actually, you know, download this PDF and send that as a, as a report to someone.35:35Or you can save save it over here and get saved in a report in your report tab over here, right? And you, you have this for every each of these tabs, security advisory, security, hardening, everything. Now for configuration assessment, you come over here.35:44And you look at all the, you know, the configuration best practices provided and how many of those have been, you know, how many devices have been impacted due to this configuration assessment and how many haven't been impacted due to that?36:01And again, this tells you this detailed insight in terms of what are the, you know, the high level summary of the configuration best practices, it highlights that 81 rules have a did not passcount to 30 or more assets so I think this is some like it's giving you a high level view in terms of some specific scenarios.36:21Like I said we do announcement for key rules recorded the highest did not pass counted for 58 assets.36:41It's highlighting you some critical areas for you to be able to focus on. Now did focus did go talk about quantum safe infrastructure. So obviously there are rules for quantum safe infrastructure, so just highlighting all these rules for quantum safe infrastructure and how many of your devices.36:49Passed that rule and how many don't pass that rule. So if you look at the secure boot, all your 04:26 devices you have did not pass the, the, this particular rule and it highlighted all the devices which did not pass, right?37:10And if you want, you can ask questions from the AI over here, about this particular rule. Like you can say ask AI and you can say, can you share more details about this?37:28About this specific rule, so it can actually go and talk talk to you about that rule, what it is about what what what is the reason for this particular rule and what you can do to mitigate it hopefully.37:46Okay, there was some issue with the getting the data in this case, but generally generally it's quite good it works. So other other thing I guess is in terms of the filters over here, oh this doesn't have any filters.38:09But if you go to advisories over here, you can do.38:25Oops, sorry PR filters, sorry. The filters over here, you can do filtering based on your severity over here, like if it's security hardening, it's got its own filters, you can click over here, you can do filtering based on critical high software type.38:29Over here, you know, different different different softwares you have that didn't pass, that passed.38:49Then you have all these field notice notices, right? All these rules and field notices you have on the ground, and then it tells you how many have been affected, how many have not been potentially affected by because based on.39:01These field notices again it gives you insights like it was showing you earlier.39:18Then you can go to each of the rule and it will tell you what the rule is about, how many devices have been impacted because of this and not. Software conformance, these are the rules for your software conformance.39:24So these are software leases which have come in the conformance you have and the rules for those like this is software conformance for iOS and what's the severity? I mean, how many how many assets have been evaluated and are are not conformant?39:47The new certificate expiration, how many rules have been developed for certificate expiry and then how many of your devices, what's the criticality of this particular expiration rule and then how many assets have been available.40:03How many assets have been affected and not affected, so it gives you all the information, right?40:22So this is all about assessments, so this is a pretty good page. Then I'll come to the 3rd one which is support and it basically tells you about all the cases you have you see it basically it covers your cases and our rmas, so it tells you how many cases are pending against.40:28Against the customer in this case and how many of your rmas have been pending returns? So it gives you gives you graphs on that and open and closed cases.40:47And you have a more detailed view over here, you can look at your cases once it comes through it seems to be taking some time definitely doesn't take that much time.40:58Yeah, so it's telling me all the cases you have and what are the status are they pending open and if you want, you can, there's a link over here by which it takes you to a different case by which where you can actually go and open a case from here into a support case manager, right?41:17Then these are the ones for rmas which shows you all the existing rmas you have and case number for each of the rmas and it tells you the details of each each of those, right?41:39Yeah, and one thing here is again what the I showed you some of the assistants which are specific to a particular scenario like in case of assessments over here, you had some you had an ask AI feature over here which told you what specifically about that particular.41:54The Rule of that particular you know configuration issue. But apart from above.42:14You do have this thing called AI assistant and it's a generic one. It will give a generic query, right? So you can say you can say to it, like if you just want to open a case, can, can you, can you open.42:23That case for me. So it will go and open a case won't go and open a case and it'll ask you what is the issue you need help with? What is the Cisco product name or paid you have symptoms or error messages you have?42:41Having software version troubleshooting logs. So basically these are things which are Cisco support person will ask you anyway, so that you can provide all the information. So once it opens you put down all the information, it opens a case for you, the the Cisco support person has most of the details within.43:00Anyway.43:20One thing I guess apart from dashboard is a resilient infrastructure playbook, which I touched briefly upon. It tells you about all your different different assets and how many of them are with have telemetry enabled and not enabled the step two it tells you about the.43:24The remediation part of it that how many of them are critical and have a critical and high exposure in terms of their, you know, advisories or security hardening issues of so if you click on it, it will tell you in detail in terms of.43:44How many of these devices impacted and which one of our critical importance or not. And then you get many sites that you say.44:01Just in general what what you should be doing, like it's saying we you all security by reviewing each security vulnerability, and then it talks about modernizing your legacy systems. So if you want to modernize your legacy systems, it tells you how many devices are past LDOS are within the twelve months.44:12This gives you a good view in terms of your LDOS exposure and what you should do to sort of, you know, fix fix this.44:32Many of Cisco support tiers, which are your, you know, how many of your assets are covered by basic standard signature, so this, this gives you that view as well. Hope I have covered everything side. Did I miss anything at all?44:42No, I think we are good. Okay, so should I pass it back to you? Yep. Share my screen.44:59Okay. I hope my. So these apps.45:16Is it visible now? Yeah, good now. Yeah, so these are the resources that we have already shared in the chat. So please bookmark those to help, to help your Cisco journey.45:32And now we will be opening the floor for questions and if you have any questions, please do ask in the Slido or chat panel.45:47Meanwhile, let me ask the questions that I have received.46:15So now the 1st question is, does this replace the reports I currently pull from catalyst center? Let me take that side. Yes, it's compliments them, but while the catalyst centers provides the infrastructure and management and other reports, right?46:20But Cisco IQ provides you the advanced analytics and business case reporting side that going to really show value to the leadership. So those report details are there in the Cisco IT.46:40Thank you. Yes, so is my network data secure when processe just to just to add on, user, right?46:53Catalyst Center is majorly focusing on the network infrastructure, whereas your Cisco IQ will look at the entire Cisco portfolio, right? So that that is also a great addition. Thank you actually for that add on.47:09Yeah, so I do have another question. Is my network data secure and processed by Cisco IT? Yeah I can take that yeah yeah cisco follows rigorous security standards so that your data is encrypted.47:26And progress specifically to generate insights.47:46It does not expose any sensitive personal user information so yeah thank you that is another question. So will I need a dedicated data analyst to interpret these reports?47:50Okay, so let me take that question. Okay, let me let me answer it. So the reports that are generated from Cisco IQ are fairly readable and there are different type of dashboard.48:08Sports also you can do and which lasts from like technical standpoint as well as for the leadership. So I don't think.48:29We need any specific analyst to interpret those reports there are also yep another question. What is the primary difference between basic monitoring and yeah I can take this question. The basic monitoring tells you if device.48:37This up or down, but Cisco IQ translates telemetry data into actionable business insights, helping you to predict issues before they impact user experience.48:57And yep another question. How quickly can we see value after onboarding? Yeah, I can take this into. So you can immediate, you can get immediate visibility into your current network baseline within a few days of data collection. You.49:12Can begin generating trend reports to validate your infrastructure performance.49:30Thank you. We do have another question on the chat. So what is the benefit of adding Meraki into Cisco IT? So let me take that. Now we have devices that are being managed by so whatever devices that are being managed by Meraki.49:37That data will be coming to Cisco IT and you will be getting insight for those devices as well. And similarly for the other controllers also like.49:57Yeah, I think we are good for now. Team, please put your questions in the chat and we will be answering those.50:13Okay, there is another question. So what kind of data is forwarded to Cisco IT? Somebody take the.50:52Okay, let me take that question. So we have CLI information which will be sent to the device to Cisco IQ, but when.51:14AI is involved, all the data will be anonymized and only the metadata will be sent with the encryption. So your data is three. So there is another question if customer has CSPC for LCSP reporting.51:23How can we integrate ESPC to Cisco IQ?51:44So now once we onboard Cisco IQ using IQ@cisco.com, we will be having an option to add the connectors so that you'll be able to see CSPC and CX agent agents so you can connect the CSPC to Cisco IQ to that.51:47Connector Speech, there is another question. Do we have any roadmap to bring remediation capabilities?52:05Can anyone answer that? Well, from the roadmap perspective, right now we don't have a clear understanding on that, but as soon as it is out, definitely we are going to update and there are on the.52:27Specifically on the vulnerability part, most likely if it is going to come it will be there in the security product directly. Team after this session you will be receiving the survey.52:40We'll be reserved to it automatically, so please share your feedback there so that we can improve our future sessions. And please keep the questions coming.52:57I assume that we do not have any more questions, so thank you so much for joining and have a good rest of your day.53:25Yep, so so same applies for the as of now we do not have any roadmaps or the remediation. Yep. But whatever updates will be added, those will be available in the assessments page.53:48Thank you so much for joining. See you in the next session.54:08
