Okay, so one of the things that I mentioned earlier was the presence of the AI assistant in Cisco IQ and it can help us with tasks, especially digitizing the service experience. Let's see how it can help us with case management. Let's go over to the AI assistant that's always available to me through here. So earlier in Cisco IQ, I was in the assessments application and I noticed that one of my devices has.00:06Exposure to a known security advisory. Let's see how the AI assistant can help me with the troubleshooting process here. So 1st I'm gonna ask it to confirm my exposure. So I'm gonna let it know that I think I'm hitting a specific security vulnerability, the CVE on an 8300 and give it the version that I'm running, and I wanted to confirm that I do have exposure for this vulnerability.00:26It's able to confirm that the version I'm running is exposed to that vulnerability, and it even finds four other 83 hundreds running the same version in my estate that are also exposed to the same vulnerability, ensuring that I address all of them. Let's dig deeper, let's see if there's a workaround.00:45So I'm gonna go ask it. It's able to confirm that there is a workaround. I could turn off the web server on iOS XE and it provides the commands for me to go do this. Now I know that i'm running the web server for a legitimate business reason and I can't just turn it off on this device. So unfortunately this workaround is not gonna work for me.01:01Let's see what else we can do. Let's get a software recommendation that has a fix for this. Alright, so I ask it for the lowest possible software version that has the fix, and it gives me some guidance that within the 17 nine train, which is what i'm running, the 1st fixed release is 1794A So now I know.01:18Know that I can run 1794A or any later release in that train and I'm gonna go get that fixed.01:38It's not going to go plan for my upgrade, but I'd like to open a TAC case and get proactive support from TAC here because I specifically want to know what health checks I should run before and after my upgrade, and also if anything goes wrong during the upgrade, I'd like the full support of TAC and the time that I need it.01:43So you can see here that it summarizes my conversation and it quickly opens a TAC case for me, provides me with the attack case number, summarizes a conversation that we're talking about a specific security vulnerability on an 8300, and it even gives me some commands that I should pull on this device and attach the TAC case so that I don't have to wait for the TAC case to get assigned to an engineer and.02:01Then to come back and request commands that I could already be collecting and putting in the case. So this saves me time, it saves the tech engineer time, and we can hit the ground running when we engage. So you can clearly see here how the AI assistant can help with troubleshooting and accelerate your operational ability to be proactive and preventative.02:21
