The 1st thing I'm gonna go do is go to IQ.cisco.com and I'm click here to create an account. I'm gonna log in with my cisco.com ID and password. Once I'm authenticated, I'm going to be presented with any other Cisco IQ accounts that might be associated with my cisco.com ID already. This is useful in case.00:01Somebody has already beat me to creating a Cisco IQ account for our company.00:21Now, if none of these are relevant and I need to create a new account, I want to go down to the bottom and click create a new account. At the next screen, I will name my company account name, and then I'm gonna also select the region that I want my data stored in.00:26And like that, I now have a Cisco IQ account. Okay, so now we're gonna add our service contracts and I'm gonna go into the service contract setting inside of system settings. I'm gonna go click add contract. It's gonna ask me for a contract number. So you'll have to get your contract numbers.00:43And then I put that in hit adding contract, you'll do this one at a time, and then it's gonna query the contract system, and you can see that the contract has now been added. You also see a note here that updates the inventory are gonna take up to 24 h. We do a daily sync. So somewhere around 24 h to start the synchronization for the.01:03The inventory and then however long the actual inventory synchronization takes, so it might might be somewhere around 24 h or or maybe add some hours to that. So maybe wait up to two days to make sure that your devices start to come in initially.01:23Okay, so there's a couple of caveats that you need to be aware of when you're adding service contracts into Cisco IQ. The user that you're logged in with with Cisco IQ needs to have association of that contract with that user that you're logged in with. So if you're not associated to that contract and you're going and trying to add it, you might get an error, and then you might have to go talk to your administrator of that contract to.01:36You'll add your cco ID to that contract before you can go and add that contract in.01:56And it's that simple to add a service contract to your account and you can continue with your other service contracts that you have available from your list. So if you aren't sure of all of the contracts that are linked into your account and you need a reference, you can go to cCRC.cisco.com forward/CCWR, and that is the Cisco Commerce workplace renewals.02:01Tool and you'll be able to use this tool to interact and see your other contract numbers and then facilitate adding those into Cisco IQ.02:21
