Cisco's resilient infrastructure services is a comprehensive path to infrastructure resilience, including Cisco support and professional services to help you defend against machine speed threats.00:05We've introduced the resilient infrastructure playbook, which guides you through a workflow that accelerates your ability to understand where attacks can take place in your infrastructure. It uses Cisco IQ capabilities to help you quickly identify and prioritize critical vulnerabilities.00:17Guide remediation and provide visibility into life cycle risks that may impact your security posture. From the Cisco IQ homepage, we navigate to the resilient infrastructure playbook. Here we provide an AI era readiness plan to help you protect your infrastructure from emerging threats.00:34The 1st step in the plan is to map the attack surface, giving you visibility into what support levels are on your Cisco IQ connected devices. This is important because the support contract level you have unlocks additional capabilities in this workflow, which accelerates your velocity for risk management.00:53Here, we also let you know which of your devices have active telemetry, allowing you to ensure that you have current information for managing risk appropriately. In step two, we map your devices to critical and high security exposures. For iOS XE devices on standard and signature support.01:11Cisco IQ can help you automate the software upgrade process if they're not already managed by Catalyst Center. The 3rd step in the playbook shows you the distribution of devices that might be past support or approaching last day of support. This allows you to get in front of managing those risks before the software is end of support.01:30And NO longer able to take a security patch when a security vulnerability comes out for that device.01:50We also provide guidance on how to get additional support from Cisco and our partners to plan and execute these recommended changes in a way that is best for your organization. That was a quick overview of the resilient infrastructure playbook. We'll dive deeper into this workflow in another video in this series.01:57Thanks for watching.02:16
