Transcript

We have introduced significant quality of life improvements to the support application, starting with how you view your open cases.00:08From the home page, click on the home button to expand the sub menu, then click on support. Based on your feedback, we have removed the default 90 day filter that previously restricted your view. Click on cases to see the display of all cases across your account, regardless of their age or current status.00:16This change provides full visibility into your case history, allowing you to use customizable filters to refine your results and focus on the information you need. To further streamline your workflow, you can now display the specific support tier associated with the asset for every case in the results table.00:36This edition provides immediate context on the service level tied to each case directly within the dashboard. These updates are designed to minimize manual steps and provide a more comprehensive, at a glance view of your support landscape and asset data.00:54If this column does not appear by default, you can click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and easily add it via the column picker menu. We have improved our support application to increase transparency and ease of navigation.01:10After you click on a specific case number, you'll see in the case notes section, every entry now features a clear date stamp and contributor attribution, making it easier to track the life cycle of your requests and see exactly who provided each update.01:27Lastly, in regards to cases, we have updated the overview page. Let's navigate back to the overview page over on the left hand side menu, which now features enhanced visual data to help you monitor your support engagement more effectively.01:43We have added a new chart that displays the trend of open and closed cases over time, providing a clear view of your interaction patterns. We have also introduced a search function for rmas, which you can see by selecting rmas on the left. If you are managing a large volume of returns, you can now locate specific records instantly.01:58Additionally, we have updated the results table to include RMA state and RMA status columns. If these are not visible by default, click on the gear icon in the upper right of the page, and there you can add them via the column picker, allowing you to sort and filter your hardware returns with greater precision.02:19Thanks for watching.02:38
