Upon logging into Cisco IQ, you'll find the What's New section in the lower right hand corner.00:09Here you'll get a summarized view in the sidebar about the latest capabilities we've introduced. Specifically, we're calling out the resilient infrastructure services, which are capabilities that help increase velocity around managing vulnerabilities in this world of advanced AI threats.00:16We highlight quantum safe infrastructure, which is the ability to run assessments to ensure that your estate is resilient to post quantum risks. And we also highlight the software release conformance assessment, allowing you to quickly understand the devices that are on a suggested Cisco release.00:33Or the ones that are not that you'd want to work to move towards a conformant release. If you click View all, it'll link to the long form release notes where you can see everything in the 24 July release. We'll talk through a lot of these capabilities throughout this video series.00:50Let's talk about some changes we've made to the home launchpad screen. We've added an AI assistant panel here. This gives easy access to our AI assistant across Cisco IQ. You can ask questions here without having to click over to the AI assistant and open its screen up.01:10You can also access some predefined prompts or click shortcuts that give a quick reference into common tasks such as seeing open tech cases, escalating a case or something similar. You'll also see that we have a paperclip icon here.01:27We'll talk more about this in the AI assistant features, but this gives us the ability to attach a file and have the AI assistant analyze that file for troubleshooting. In the resources section, you can see links to the API documentation.01:42This is where we go to view the documentation around the external facing APIs. You can see that we've exposed data APIs for our assets and our assessments module. We'll talk more about these in the API video as well, but we wanted to introduce you to where to get those documents.01:59And we've also moved the feedback icon down to this thumbs up, thumbs down feedback icon in the lower right hand part of the screen. In addition to providing feedback around user experience, feature requests, and issues, you can now also submit feedback around APIs or documentation as well.02:15Finally on this screen is the ability to launch the resilient infrastructure playbook, which we'll cover in more detail in a later video in this series. We've added official support for five languages inside of the Cisco IQ user interface.02:34If you go to your profile under the language heading, you can see that you can now choose between four other languages. Japanese, Latin American Spanish, Korean, and Chinese. Selecting one of these, you'll see most of the elements in the user interface now change to that language.02:51Except for technical information. One nice new feature that we added is called Peer benchmarking. From the home page, we go to dashboards. You can see that we've added a new tab called Peer benchmarks.03:09This gives us the ability to take metrics and insights that we're collecting in Cisco IQ and compare these to peers or competitors in your industry's vertical or market segment. Some common questions we get in quarterly business reviews and normal meetings with customers are around.03:25What is normal? What should that number look like? What should that percentage be? How are your peers doing in certain areas? Peer benchmarking digitizes this. It anonymizes and averages the collection of the same information we get from other customers.03:40In the same market segment or industry verticals, and allows you to compare these key performance indicators against your peers. E.g., if we look at the last day of service outlook, you can see that in our demo account, we've got just over 13 % of devices that are past last day of support.03:56And you can see that in comparison, our peers in the manufacturing enterprise space are doing a little bit better than us. They only have just shy of 5 % of their overall asset inventory past last day of support. This would signal an opportunity for us to improve.04:15Of course, we don't want to have any devices past last day of support, but we can also see that we're performing less strongly than our industry peers. And there might be an area where we want to provide more focus and work towards improving. Similarly, we could look at some of these other metrics and compare how we're doing against others in our industry.04:31This is the start of our peer benchmarking journey, and over time, we'll introduce additional capabilities and KPIs for you to be able to benchmark against. Another capability that we've added for signature level customers is in the reports section.04:51If you go to executive reports, you'll see periodic service reviews and periodic service reports that generate at the beginning of the month, starting in September of 2026. Here's an example of what a periodic service review report will look like.05:09You can see that it covers an executive summary of some key metrics. You get some histograms around case open, case closed, time to response, some of your SLA and SLO objectives, and the performance towards those, as well as some other statistics.05:25These will allow you to understand your trends through time and how the support experience is performing, as well as your usage and consumption of our support services, allowing you to effectively manage them accordingly. Thanks for watching.05:41
