Okay, so now let's take a look at the upper right hand corner at our profile options. So you can see here that I'm logged in with my individual self and I'm specifically logged into an account called Cisco IQ external demo. This is an account that has staged device data, so we don't have any risk of customer or Cisco sensitive information being exposed inside of this demo.00:07Yeah, I'm able to offer and demonstrate full functionality of Cisco IQ with this account. Now you might be wondering what an account is. An account offers a logical complete separation of your device, data info and telemetry. So if you want, you could have multiple accounts, and then you could put different devices in a different account and have complete disparity across those two accounts.00:28You can have a user onboarded into multiple accounts, so I'll demonstrate here that I can change accounts. So if I take a look, you can see the Cisco account that I have available to me and it's easy as just selecting that account and switching profiles if I need to switch contacts to another account. Also, you can see the language localization setting that I've got set in my profile, which is set to English.00:48As of the April 2026 release right now, we only officially support English as a natural language, but you can converse with the AI assistant and you can get best effort support also in Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, and we are introducing official support for those languages in the July release. So in the July release.01:08We will introduce official support across the whole platform for Mandarin, Japanese, Spanish, and Korean, whereas Korean isn't even supported from a best effort perspective in the platform today, but it will be in the July release.01:28
