So now with all of that out of the way, you might be wondering, is Cisco IQ available to me or how much does it cost to get this? So let me cover what the entitlement and availability of Cisco IQ is for you. It's easy to find that if you already have access to Cisco IQ, you can go into this main page and then.00:04Click on this little review box here and then we offer a feature matrix that ties to the device support tiers so that you can always understand that as we introduce new features, specifically the capabilities that are available to you on each of your devices. So Cisco IQ is enabled at the device level. So the features that you're able to do inside of Cisco i.00:20Thank you.00:40Pertain specifically to the support tier coverage that you have on your specific devices. You don't have to choose a single tier for all of the devices in your estate, so you can mix and match the devices that you have on a basic support tier, what's on standard and what's on signature, so that you get the capabilities that you need on the devices that you need and you don't have to pay.00:41For capabilities on devices that you don't need those capabilities for. Okay, so let's start with basic support. If you have the ability on a device to be able to open up a tax support case and get support, you at least have the basic support tier. With that support tier, you get some of these capabilities inside of Cisco IQ. So specifically what you get in basic.01:01In the assets application is the ability to see a unified asset inventory, understand end of life and life cycle details of those assets and the service coverage that you have on all of those devices. Similarly, on the assessments application, you have the ability to run the assessment framework for security advisory exposure and field notice exposure across.01:20Across all of those assets.01:40And then finally, you can use the support application to be able to open tack cases and do case management as well as use the AI assistant to self service troubleshoot. Now, for the devices that you've got standard support on, the capabilities increase. So now you get AI powered insights around end of life and service coverage, and you also get the ability to.01:42Have AI classified for you what it thinks the asset criticality of your devices are, as well as the ability for you to be able to tag your assets.02:02Furthermore, you have the ability to have AI powered insights around those assessments for security advisories and field notices, but then we also introduce the capabilities for insights around security hardening and configuration as well. Okay, and finally let's talk about what's available on their signature support here.02:10So this unlocks the capability for generative recommendations around configuration and security hardening. So instead, in the standard tier where you would get insights letting you know where you've got configuration best practice opportunity, giving you an insight on something that needs to change, but then you having to go figure out what you need to go do to change that configuration and bring that into.02:26Performance at the signature tier, these recommendations will generate the recommended configuration for you in a personalized manner so that you can know the exact configuration that you need to go apply to the device in order to bring it into conformance.02:47
