Alright, so now that you're aware that you got access to Cisco IQ and the capabilities that you're entitled to, let's take a look at the help function. So over here is the help menu, and if you want, you can do, you can view a very quick few minute welcome tour that guides you through some of the basic capabilities of Cisco IQ.00:04If you're watching this video, the videos will be redundant with what's shown here, but for those that aren't able to watch the video, it just gives a really quick introduction to what Cisco IQ is all about at a high level. Now we can dive deeper by going into the getting started guide. I can click this and then I can understand how to set up an account.00:19Into Cisco IQ and then I can even drill into specific applications and then some of the capabilities that are available within those applications. So this is a handy operations guide to let me understand what I can go do with inside of Cisco IQ that I can refer to at any point in time. Also, you're probably wondering, as a practitioner, does it support the devices that I manage in my estate?00:36So you can also quickly launch the Cisco IQ supported product list, and then it shows that the products that are available for our IQ link appliance, which we'll be talking about later, as well as within each of the applications, the device, device types and device product IDs that we support for each of the specific applications and capabilities.00:56If you've got a general question about Cisco IQ, we do a frequently asked questions page, so maybe your question has already been asked and answered, so it's worth checking there before opening a TAC case for additional support. Now we also have the offered disclosure and AI transparency technical note linked here as well.01:16And these two documents help explain how Cisco IQ collects data, where that's stored, what geographic region, and then if you're using the AI assistant, how we handle your data. This is useful, so if you're interested in those details, these are cross linked over to the Cisco trust portal, and then you can open those and take a look at those at your own leisure. Also, here are some.01:32Additional resources available to you. So if you need to get in contact with us specifically from a support perspective.01:52Oh, you've got a question about Cisco IQ, you can click this page and it'll open up the portal for you to be able to open a TAC case and engage our support. Also, if you want to get in touch with us, but it is not time sensitive, I want to address your attention to this feedback button that's in Cisco IQ on the right hand side through almost all of the pages within this application.01:58So you can click that and then you can see you can easily submit a fast and casual feedback around either a user experience opportunity around the platform or maybe you've got a suggestion for a feature request or feature enhancement or maybe you've got an issue, but it's not time sensitive. You don't need to open a TAC case on it, but you want to let us know about something. You can use this form in in order to do that and submit.02:16Get that into our team, and this is reviewed by our technical team both on the product management and a support perspective to make sure that we're prioritizing the right defects and the right feature enhancements as we continue to evolve this platform for you.02:36
