New and existing customers are encouraged to purchase the Cisco SMARTnet service that covers all Cisco data center products, including Unified Computing System. This service includes response levels specific to the Unified Computing System customers who need limited hardware replacement capabilities (Hardware only) or need to ensure confidentiality of information by keeping the disk drive (drive retention).
