Introduction

The information in this document is based on Cisco Unity for Exchange Unified Messaging.

Description

The event viewer shows licensing errors. The License Manager notes Licensed 0/0 and Unlicensed 2/1 for NT and Exchange.

Solution

This is an Exchange defect in the licensing service and could have been introduced by Exchange SP3. The service can be disabled, or the messages can be ignored. This has been seen on other NT/Exchange systems without Unity installed on them.
