Share a Word Document in MeetingPlace Data Conference
When you share a Word document in a web conference, an Outlook share can also occur. The Outlook share occurs if you choose "share application from a list", begin the Word document share, then open Outlook to complete a task. Example Outlook tasks include a reply, composition, or forward of a mail message.
MeetingPlace sees the e-mail as a Word document. Since you already share a document within the Word application, MeetingPlace thinks that you want to share the e-mail in addition to the Word document.
