Introduction
This document explains why the frequency option "monthly by day of week" does not appear when scheduling with Cisco MeetingTime. It also provides a resolution.

The information in this document is based on the Cisco MeetingPlace Server version 4.1.x and later.

Problem
The frequency option "monthly by day of week" does not appear in the drop-down menu when scheduling with Cisco MeetingTime.
Solution
In the 4.1.x release of the Cisco MeetingPlace for Outlook gateway, this frequency is not operating correctly. The frequency was made "invisible" to prevent its use when scheduling with Outlook. However, it does work properly when scheduling with Cisco MeetingTime or Cisco MeetingPlace Web Conferencing.
To resolve the problem, complete these steps:

Log in to Cisco MeetingTime.

Under the Configure tab, scroll down to the Scheduling Parameters section.

For the parameter Enable Reschedule Recurring Meeting, choose Yes.
Note: The default is No after you install or upgrade to 4.1.x. You must change this parameter to Yes after performing the installation or upgrade.
