Description of the Release |
Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.3(4)XK is an ED (XED) release optimized for the Cisco 17xx platforms. This release is based upon the Cisco IOS Software 12.3(4)T maintenance release. Any early deployment (ED) release of software should be used in a test network before being deployed in a production network. |

Feature Description: When you define multiple peers in a crypto map, if the first peer is designated "Default", it prevents the advancing of peers from being triggered by a DPD failure. Only retransmits or Idle timer based failures advance to the next peer. |
