Description of the Release

Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.3(4)XG is an ED (XED) release optimized for the following features:

  • Four-Wire Mode for SHDSL
  • X.25 Data over ISDN D-Channel

This release is based upon the Cisco IOS Software 12.3(4)T maintenance release. Any early deployment (ED) release of software should be used in a test network before being deployed in a production network.
