Description

Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.0(4)XH is a short-lived ED based on Cisco IOS 12.0(4)T that introduces support for Test Command Language (TCL) scripting language and enhanced voice features on the Cisco 5300, 2600, and 3600. TCL scripting provides a flexible way to create, update, and modify the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) call flow. Cisco IOS Software Release 12.0(4)XH also introduces the Pre-Paid (DebitCard) application that adds the ability to perform pre-paid calling services. Calls are pre-rated and terminated at the end of the talk time. Cisco has also expanded RADIUS Authentication, Authorization, and Accounting (AAA) to support Vendor Specific Attributes (VSAs). Finally, Cisco IOS Software Release 12.0(4)XH integrates Open Settlement Protocol (OSP) client software that enables Service Providers to use Cisco Open Packet Telephony to communicate directly with a clearing house. OSP is an ETSI TIHPON-approved standard.
