Target Market |
Cisco Systems, Inc. released Cisco IOS Software Release 12.1(22)AY as a short-lived ED release for the Cigesm and RomMon platforms. The participation of Cisco in this effort is due to the strategic relationship between Cisco and IBM, and the opportunity to drive an emerging segment of the server market with IBM and potentially develop joint applications such as Compute on Demand, GRID, and autonomic computing. This product also helps contain the current control that Cisco has of the Data Center networks. | ||||||||||||||||
