Description of the Release |
Cisco IOS® Software Release 12.2(2)XG is an ED release (XED) optimized for the Cisco 2600, 3600 and MC3810 platforms. This release is based upon the 12.2(2)T maintenance release. This release introduces IOS support for Contact Closure Network Module, and Survivable Remote Site Telephony. Any early deployment (ED) release of software should be used in a test network before being deployed in a production network. |
