Description of the Release

X Release: Cisco IOS Software® Release 12.2(1)XF is an ED release (XED) optimized for the ubr10k platform. This release is based upon the 12.2(0.9)T interim release. Any early deployment (ED) release of software should be used in a test network before being deployed in a production network. Note: The features delivered with this XED release will be immediately incorporated into Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(2)B and subsequent Cisco IOS 12.2B releases. Starting with Cisco IOS Software Releases 12.2/12.2T and child releases, the traditional migration path for certain features/bugfixes may not apply as it did in the past. This is because the T train contains many more fixes than the mainline. Therefore, Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(2) will not be built. Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(3) will be the next 12.2 mainline maintenance release. Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(1)T has been relabeled to 12.2(2)T; there will be no 12.2(1)T |
