Description of the Release

 X Release: 
Cisco IOS Software® Release 12.2(1)XD is a specific technology early deployment release (STED)optimized for Cisco 820/soho70/ics7700 platforms.

With the introduction of Cisco IOS Software Releases 12.2 and 12.2T, mislabeling occurred which caused shadow builds to appear as interim builds. As a consequence, the logic of defect integration does not apply for the builds documented herein. Therefore, Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(2) will not be built. 12.2(3) will be the next 12.2 mainline maintenance release. Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(1)T has been relabeled to 12.2(2)T; there will be no 12.2(1)T.

The features delivered with this XED release will be immediately incorporated into Cisco IOS Software Release 12.2(3)T and subsequent Cisco IOS 12.2T releases.
