Early Deployment (ED) Release Summary

Description	Cisco IOS® Software Release 11.3(2)XA was released as a one-time special initial release to deliver uBR7246 Universal Broadband Routers and Cisco 2600 series routers. Cisco IOS Software Release 11.3(2)XA is based on Cisco IOS 11.3(2)T. In addition to the uBR7246 and Cisco 2600-specific functionality, it also provides all the functionality of Cisco IOS Software Release 11.3T up to Cisco IOS 11.3(2)T. Target Market	Cisco Systems, Inc. released Cisco IOS Software Release 11.3(2)XA to support only selected platforms.
Product Support	Cisco IOS Software Release 11.3(2)XA supports the Cisco uBR7246 Universal Broadband Router and the Cisco 2600.
Related Cisco IOS Releases	Cisco IOS Software Release 11.3(2)XA is based on Cisco IOS 11.3(2)T. Cisco IOS Software Release 11.3(2)XA and any subsequent maintenance releases will be integrated into Cisco IOS 12.0(1)T. If currently using Cisco IOS Software Release 11.3(2)XA, the recommended upgrade path is to Cisco IOS 12.0(1)T or a 12.0-based X release. The migration path is the logical superseding software. The uniqueness of each network requires that customers verify support for hardware, features, and protocols prior to a network upgrade.
