Q. What does the message "AgentInfoConnectionHandler, ignoring deleted" mean?
A. You will find this message in a log named tserver.log in the Cisco E-Mail Manager log directory. TServer is a Cisco E-Mail Manager component which controls database transactions. This message is the agent status, and represents a previously deleted agent. In fact, it is not an error, but an informational message, which indicates that there is no need to build a queue for the deleted agent. It is displayed at the time of startup.
This message has no negative impact on the production Cisco E-Mail Manager. Agent IDs are kept for historical report purposes.
