Q. Does Cisco E-Mail Manager version 4.x or 5.x support Oracle version 9?

A. Cisco E-Mail Manager requires one of these two database products:

Microsoft SQL Server 2000 OR

Oracle Database

Cisco E-Mail Manager 4.x or 5.x does not support Oracle version 9. The latest Oracle version supported by both Cisco E-Mail Manager version 4.x and 5.x is Oracle version 8.1.7.

Note: Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) and Cisco E-Mail Manager version 6 will support Oracle version 9.
