The Cisco E-Mail Manager Option (formerly Cisco eMail Manager) is a comprehensive, enterprise-class solution that you use to manage high volumes of customer inquiries that are submitted to company mailboxes. This document discusses the feasibility of an export of the E-Mail Manager database from E-Mail Manager Option release 4.x to release 5.0.

Q. Is there a way to export Cisco E-Mail Manager database from Cisco E-Mail Manager Option 4.x to 5.0?

A. No upgrade path exists from Cisco E-Mail Manager Option release 4.x to Cisco E-Mail Manager Option release 5.0. Data migration between these two releases is not supported. The database does not back up or restore between Cisco E-Mail Manager Option release 4.x and release 5.0.
