Q. How do I log out agents who forgot to log out of Cisco E-Mail Manager at the end of a shift, without knowing the Cisco E-Mail Manager Userids and passwords?
A. You can forcefully log out an agent of Cisco E-Mail Manager:
- Log in to Cisco E-Mail Manager with a Userid that has administrative rights, such as admin.
- From the Navigation menu, select User Management.
- From the User Management menu, select Users Logged On, the Users Logged On screen appears.
- To log out a user, click the user row, click Logout?.
