This document provides information on how to log into a Dynamic Content Adapter (DCA) when the administration page does not load properly.

Troubleshoot

First, verify whether you can access web pages through DCA. You can try to access any web page.

If you are able to access the web, complete these steps:

  1. Right-click the Unify directory under Program Files.

  2. Select Properties > Security.

  3. Click Add.

  4. Select your local domain in the drop-down box.

  5. Choose IUSR_<Domain> and assign full rights.
