Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management Hosted

This document addresses the status of Cisco Intelligent Contact Management (ICM) Version 5, Service Release 6. All the fixes covered by Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 6 have been merged into Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 7.

A. Cisco ICM Version 5 Service Release 6 has been developed. However, all the fixes from that service release have been incorporated into Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 7. The initial splitting of Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 6 and Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 7 is for testing and merge purposes only. Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 6 contains many fixes for reporting which is now part of Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 7. Cisco ICM Version 5, Service Release 6 is not posted or delivered to the customer.
