Symptom
A configuration problem has been discovered while running PC²LAN/X.25 under Microsoft Windows 3.1. After NETX .COM is loaded, the system seems to hang up and will not run under Windows.
Solution
Serial ports COM1 and COM3 are often set to use an interrupt IRQ4, and serial ports COM2 and COM4 are often set to use interrupt IRQ3. If you are using these ports and your computer locks up, try including the following setting in the [386 Enh] section of the SYSTEM.INI file.
COMIRQSHARING=TRUE
This should resolve the situation.
