  • HP Exchange Network Device Support together with Cisco Services
  • HP Remote Network Application Support together with Cisco Services

HP is also a Cisco Strategic Alliance partner.

From HP: A single point of contact for global support of Cisco products in local language plus specific features for each service, including multi-vendor fault isolation, software assistance, onsite maintenance services, and access to online support information and tools.

From Cisco: Worldwide, full-time escalation to Cisco Technical Assistance Center as needed, registered access to Cisco.com, advance hardware replacement, ongoing Cisco operating system updates, and best practices and tools.
