Discrete Multi-Tone Issue 2
Cisco routers using Discrete Multi-Tone Issue 2 (DMT-II) encoding will train to the following:

Cisco 6100, Cisco 6130 with NI-1 and 2-port DMT line cards

Cisco 6130 with NI-2 and 4-port DMT cards and 4-port Flexicards

Cisco 6160 with NI-2 and 4-port Flexicards
-
Cisco 6015, 6160, and 6260 with NI-2 and 8-port DMT cards
Currently, there is no support for the following:
-
2xDMT for NI-2
-
4xDMT on NI-1 or the Cisco 6100
-
4xDMT on the Cisco 6160
Note: 2-port DMT cards require a minimum code level of 2.4.1 to work with the Cisco 6100 or Cisco 6130 ADSLAM.
