TCC+ Processor Card End-of-Life Plan

Price Increase for Timing, Communications, and
Control Plus (TCC+) Card for Cisco ONS 15454 MSPPEffective April 15, 2004, the list price of the Cisco® ONS 15454 Multiservice Provisioning Platform (MSPP) Timing, Communications, and Control Plus (TCC+) card will increase by 33 percent (compared to the January 15, 2004 list price). Because the end-of-sale date for the TCC+ card is October 1, 2004, customers are encouraged to purchase the new Cisco ONS 15454 TCC2 card, which has an advanced feature set and will support future features and functionality of the Cisco ONS 15454. Review Table 2 to compare features of the two processor cards. Table 1 lists the product part numbers affected by this announcement.

TCC+ Processor Card End-of-Life Plan

TCC2 Processor Card
The TCC2 processor card was introduced with an advanced feature set, as outlined in Table 2, with an equivalent list price as the TCC+ card. Unlike the TCC+ card's list price, the TCC2 card's list price is not affected by this announcement, and will not change on April 15, 2004.
