Introduction
This document describes the recovery procedure for the "login" password and "enable" password. These passwords are used to protect access to Cisco VG248 Voice Gateway and configuration modes. The login and enable passwords are encrypted. Therefore, you need to replace your password with a new password.
Caution: Be aware that the password recovery procedure clears your current
configuration and resets the Cisco VG248 to factory defaults.
