Recent Technology Terminology Updates to Cisco TSRT

Effective immediately, the following terminology update has been made in the Technology area of the TAC Service Request Tool (TSRT).

The "Physical Security and Video Surveillance" Technology value now appears as "Physical Security and Building Solutions." This update will ensure consistency with the terminology used to categorize the suite of products on Cisco.com.

The following terminology updates will be effective on September 20th in the Technology area of the TRST:

The "Dynamicsoft" product has reached end of support and the "Linksys One" has reached end of life with no Service customers. Those product references will be removed and the current products will be added. The new Technology is titled "Voice – Call Agents (Softswitch), SS7(ITP), BTS10200, PGW2200."
