Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions (CLCEI)

The Implementing Cisco Collaboration Cloud and Edge Solutions (CLCEI) training provides you with an understanding of Cisco Expressway Series solutions, such as B2B calls, Cisco Mobile and Remote Access for remote workers, authentication options, and additional Cisco Expressway Series features. Topics covered also include details about the Webex solutions, and the benefits of hybrid integrations between Cisco on-premises solutions and Webex Meetings in the cloud.

This training prepares you for the Implementing Cisco Collaboration Hybrid and Cloud Technologies (300-820 CLHCT) exam. If passed, you earn the Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Cloud & Edge Implementation certification and satisfy the concentration exam requirement for the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Collaboration certification.

What you need to know

As of February 3, 2026, the 300-820 CLCEI exam is retired and replaced by 300-820 CLHCT v2.0. While new CLHCT training is coming later this year, the existing CLCEI training remains available for skill development and Continuing Education (CE) credits.

    • Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol (XMPP) signaling protocol fundamentals
