RemoteAgent Conferencing Feature List

  • IPCC Functionality Intact
    Remote agents have the same capabilities and functionality that onsite agents have.
  • No Premise Equipment Needed
    The Metreos solution does not require VPN equipment, soft phone, or an IP enabled telephone to reside at the remote agent site.
  • Wired or Wireless PSTN Endpoints
    Contact center calls can be received on either wired or wireless PSTN endpoints. The agent to receive calls can utilize a basic "home" phone or cellular phone.
  • Agent Whisper
    Media streams such as "coaching" or customer information stream to the agent in such a way that only the agent can hear the media without the need for span ports.
  • Easy Scalability
    The Metreos solution leverages a modular, distributed architecture enabling the remote agent application to grow with your organization.
  • CTI OS and CAD Support
    The agent logs in using either program to designate the number where they want to receive calls; there are no additional training requirements because the agent interface remains the same.
