VoIP Application: RapidRecord

The Metreos RapidRecord application automatically records calls placed to and from a select number of frontline devices allowing seamless, hands-off call recording. Once recorded, calls may be played back from either a Web interface or directly from the IP phone that placed or received the call. Because all calls are recorded, businesses can avoid the common problem of missing the important part of a call before enabling recording.

RapidRecord Feature List

  • Automated Recording
    Automatically records calls to and from selected frontline devices. Recordings are stored in WAV format for easy playback and control.
  • Storage Aging
    Recordings may be stored indefinitely or for a configurable amount of time.
  • Codec Support
    Flexible codec selection allows calls using any of the following codecs: G.711, G.723.1 or G.729a.
  • Web-Based Management
    Manage recordings from an easy to use web interface. Add devices or remove devices from the recording group quickly and easily.
  • Call Flagging
    While in a call, operators may flag calls for later analysis.
  • Searchable Call Database
    Recordings are stored in a searchable database and queried by date, time, device or username.
  • Cisco Integration
    Integration with Cisco IP Phone Services for recording control directly from the IP phone.
