This document describes a problem that occurs when you save a wave file with Media Master. The Cisco Unity Connection webpage includes an object called the Media Master which can record and import wave files as greetings.
When you attempt to save a wave file with Media Master, an error appears and the change is not saved. The message that appears is:
Unable to save recording due to SSL certificate error. Would you like to accept the
SSL certificate for this session and attempt ot save the recording again?
When you select OK, this error message appears:
Failed to record name.
