As we mentioned in the "Service and New Business Opportunities" section, service renewals are another way for you to drive additional business and sales opportunities. There are several tools you can use to identify these opportunities.
Performance Metric Central (PMC) and Service Contract Center (SCC) enable partners to see upcoming service renewal opportunities over varying periods of time, up to an entire year.
For example, you can look at all pending renewals over a 90-day or 120-day period, thus giving you ample time to communicate and follow up with those customers. This is an example of a best practice you will learn about later that can help you drive a high renewal rate and increase business and customer satisfaction.
